You probably ask yourself constantly, “Do I need a trainer?” Everyone is different when it comes to developing a fitness routine and some people really need one to stay motivated and accomplish their goals. However, there are some people who do not. If you want help in deciding the answer to the question for yourself, take this quiz.

Do you complete 4 workouts per week? (2 of which are strength based and 2 that are cardio based.)              Yes         No

Are you strength training?           Yes         No

When you are doing your strength training, is it well-rounded? (Meaning, are you hitting all of the muscles in your upper and lower body in every plain of motion while working on balance, core strength, stability, and muscle strength?)               Yes         No

Do you practice good form while strength training? (Without proper form you increase you have a heightened chance for injury).              Yes         No

If you have an injury, do you know how to strength train all muscle groups without causing further injury?            Yes         No

Do you know how many calories you need to consume to reach your health goals?        Yes         No

Do you know the proper percentage of protein, carbs, and fats that you need to consume to reach your health goals?               Yes         No

Have you been consistent with healthy eating and exercise for the past 12 months?         Yes         No
